A GRIMSBY Town Xl side had a 3-2 victory against a Nottingham Forest team in a friendly game at Blundell Park today.

Adam Proudlock (2) and Nathan Dixon bagged the goals for the Mariners.

Town were hoping to have Paris Cowan Hall back for this game but it will now be next week before the Portsmouth loanee returns. The young striker has been back in Hampshire recovering from a Hamstring injury.
