Joined the Mariners in August 2010 after impressing on trial.
The 6ft 3ins centre-back began his career with Chelsea, making his Blues debut against Scunthorpe United in the FA Cup in January 2005.
After a loan spell with Barnsley, Watt was allowed to move to Swansea in 2006. He then joined Inverness Caledonian Thistle on a season-long loan to regain his match fitness but played just one cup gain before heading back to Wales.
Watt suffered persistent shoulder injuries during his time with Swansea, which meant that his contract was not extended when it expired at the end of the 2007/8 season. Following a successful trial, he signed a two-year deal with Ross County in August 2008. He spent two years with Ross before his switch to Town.| Grimsby | ||||
