Versatile defender Jude Stirling joined the Mariners on loan in March from League One outfit Milton Keynes Dons. The tall and powerful 27-year-old can slot in all along the back four, midfield and has played as a makeshift striker and he uses his height and strength to utmost effect. A well-travelled player, Jude was previously on trial at Blundell Park in 2005 and he is renowned for his enormous throw, which he uses as a great attacking weapon.
