A young Grimsby Town side were knocked out of the Lincolnshire FA County Senior Cup after they were beaten 3-0 at Boston United this afternoon.
The first half was a tail of two penalties as Micky Davies saw his spot kick saved, before Pilgrim's captain Adam Chapman stepped up to give the home side the lead from 12 yards.
But just before the break Town could have levelled things when Burrell's goal-bound header just deflected away by a Boston defender.
Boston came out in the second half pushing for that second goal, and were rewarded when Beatson’s cross-shot looped over Corey Briggs and into the Town goal.
The Pilgrims sealed the win on 75 minutes through a brilliant solo effort from substitute Tshimanga.
Town: Corey Briggs, Alex McMillan, Michael Davies, Tom Sawyer, Tom Jamieson, Jack Keeble, Ty-Rhys Paul-Jones, Jamie Goddard, Rumarn Burrell, Declan Slater, Max Wright.

The Mariners are next in action on Tuesday night when Blackburn Rovers are the visitors to Blundell Park (7.30pm).
