Hereford United 0 v Grimsby Town 2

FT: Hereford United 0 Grimsby Town 2 (Southwell 39, Pearson 43)

The Mariners recorded their second win of the season with a comfortable victory at Hereford United this afternoon.

Dayle Southwell had fired Town ahead on 39 minutes after some good work down the left by Aswad Thomas. And four minutes later the impressive Shaun Pearson struck from a corner to seal the win.

Andy Cook had a great chance to add to the scoring in the second half, but the game was already won by then with United offering little as an attacking force.
