Reserves Defeat At Pools

13 February 2013

OUR Reserve team were beaten 4-1 in the snow at Hartlepool this afternoon.

The Mariners led at half time through a Dayle Southwell strike. The young striker found enough space on the edge of the area to curl a precise shot past the Pool's keeper in to the bottom right corner of the net. But the home side hit back with four goals after the break to extinguish any hope of an elusive first win of the season.
