100 Game Tour For Charity

8 January 2013

JAMIE McNally and his dad Graeme were at Saturday’s game against Hereford as part of their 100 stadium tour for charity.

Jamie, who is 13 years old, is in the process of visiting, and watching a game in 100 football stadiums to raise money for a cancer charity (Marina Dalglish Appeal). He has so far raised over £4900.

Jamie was presented with a signed Grimsby Town Football which will be raffled off for the good cause.

Meanwhile, the club managed to cheer up a couple of Town supporters over the festive period.

Joshua Macleod was upset when he lost his brand new Ipod in the stadium. Fortunately for Josh if was found by our stewards and it made for one happy ten year old.

Another supporter was down in the dumps after losing his wallet at the New Year’s Day game against Lincoln City. He was delighted to receive a knock on his door from our stadium manager, returning his wallet with his cash and credit cards.

The wallet had been found by one of our stewards and handed in at the club offices.
