LOCAL solicitor Philip Day will be co-opted on to the Grimsby Town Board of Directors today.
Philip, who is a partner at Wilkin-Chapman Solicitors in the town, is looking to bring his legal expertise to the Mariners’ bid to find a new home.
He is a mad Town fan and has been following the club’s fortunes for a number of years.
Philip is a nationally recognised expert in agricultural law and has extensive knowledge of UK and EU farming legislation and its application. Philip advises farmers and landowners on all aspects of agricultural property, tenancy, taxation, planning law, subsidies quotas, arbitrations and general agricultural business and partnership matters.
