THE Mariners will be without Nathan Arnold, Jon-Paul Pittman, Scott Neilson, Shaun Pearson, and Aristote Nsiala for Saturday's opening Vanarama Conference game at Bristol Rovers.
Jon-Paul Pittman tweaked his hamstring at Brigg Town on Tuesday night, and Nathan Arnold picked up a calf strain at Gainsborough Trinity in the Lincolnshire Cup tie at Northolme. But the Town boss is hoping to have the pair back for next Saturday's visit of Dover. Speaking ahead of the Bristol Rovers game, Paul said: "Hopefully they will both be back fit for the Dover game. If there chances increase over the weekend for Nuneaton, we will have to wait and see.
" We're perhaps looking to the Dover game where, hopefully, they will both be fit."
Scott Neilson will serve his first game of a three match suspension, Shaun Pearson will serve his second game of a three match suspension, and Toto will miss the clash at the Memorial stadium after being sent off for Southport at the end of last season.
