Paul Hurst will be speaking to the respective managers at Barnsley and York today regarding extending the loan deals of Rhys Oates and Daniel Parslow.
Oates' monthly loan deal expires on 19th October, while Parslow is due to return to York City on the 25th October.
Paul Hurst is set to call Russ Wilcox at York City and Barnsley boss Danny Wilson this afternoon. Speaking on Mariners Player, Paul said: "I will give them both a call to see where we are at, and I will speak to the players of course. Certainly in Daniel's case, I would be very surprised if he's not going back to York."
Parslow would not be allowed to play in Town's FA Cup tie against Guiseley, so could be playing his last game for the Mariners at Torquay at the weekend.
