Paul Hurst isn't optimistic of bringing in a striker ahead of Saturday's Vanarama Conference clash at Wrexham.
"Yet again I thought we were getting somewhere and that situation changed. We will probably be as we are, which I am comfortable with.
"I went to a game this week and what I saw wasn't any better than we have currently got. So it is waiting to get the right one.
"I don't just want to bring someone in for the sake of it."
Craig Disley has trained today after recovering from illness and is set to travel to Wrexham on Saturday.
Chris Doig has also recovered from the dreaded bug which forced him to miss the midweek draw against Altrincham.
Nathan Arnold has trained today and will be assessed on Friday ahead of Saturday's trip to north Wales.
Speaking of the striker's possible return, Paul Hurst said: “Nathan has also trained today – we’ll have to be careful with that one but he’ll train again tomorrow and if he gets through that okay he could be in the squad."
Toto Nsiala will be added to the squad after completing a one-match suspension.
