Town will now be backed by an incredible 2,500 fans at the Impact Arena on Easter Monday.
Such was the demand for tickets, the Mariners had their allocation increased three times, with fans queuing since early on Monday morning for tickets. No tickets will be sold on the day and supporters are advised not to travel if they don't have a ticket for the game.
How to get there.
Leave the M1 at junction 28 and take the A38 towards Derby. After around two miles leave the A38 and take the B600 towards Alfreton. At the top of the slip road on leaving the A38 turn right along the B600 towards Alfreton Town Centre. After around half a mile you will see a Garage on your right and a modern looking church on your left. Turn left just after the church into North Street. The ground is down the bottom of this street on the right. For the away turnstiles then fans should continue past North Street and then take the next third left into Alma Street. The away fans entrance is down on the left just before the park.
Alfreton station is located just over one mile away from the ground and is about a 20-25 minute walk away from the ground. It is served by trains from Nottingham & Chesterfield.
For supporters coaches and cars continue past North Street , turn left into Alma Street , continue onto Grange Street.
Parking for coaches and cars is at Alfreton Grange Arts college DE55 7JA which is 2nd left on Grange Street.
Town fans should enter the stadium via 2 entrances off Alma Street. Our supporters will be housed on the open 'Tin End' terrace at one end of the ground and all of the Tom McRoy stand seats both covered and uncovered, all of which can only be accessed through the Alma Street turnstiles only.
Advice to the Town fans who have purchased disabled and carers tickets. Please enter via the North Street turnstile at which point the Alfreton ground staff will show them to their allocated seating area. (access for wheelchairs via the Alma Street entrance is not practical).
