THE Mariners will again be without midfielder Scott Brown and striker Jon-Paul Pittman for Tuesday's Vanarama Conference fixture at Dover Athletic.
The pair both sat out last Tuesday night’s 1-0 victory over Eastleigh and were due to miss Saturday's postponed clash against Telford.
Pittman twinged his hamstring in the second-half of the 2-0 win at Nuneaton, while Brown continues to suffer with the knee injury he sustained against Barnet.
But Paul Hurst says that both players are making progress and he is hoping that they will be back in training on Thursday.
Paul said:"Browny and JP have had another day with Dave Moore and I feel like there is a bit of progress being made. But because of the conditions, it has not been one-hundred-percent possible to get them doing everything that we would have liked. I'm hoping that by Thursday, if they don't have any set-backs, that they might be joining in the first part of training, and we'll see how they go."
There will be a pitch inspection at 7pm on Monday night.
