MANSFIELD Town have agreed to allow striker Ollie Palmer to stay with the Mariners until the end of the season.
The player's current loan deal was due to end on February 7 - after the trip to Forest Green.
After already scoring two goals in his five impressive appearances so far for the Mariners, Paul Hurst was keen to see the player stick around for longer.
And Ollie is enjoying his life at Blundell Park and is happy to extend his stay.
"I'm really enjoying myself here – the boys have been fantastic and the fans have been phenomenal so I've got no qualms about staying here – I'm looking forward to it," Palmer said.
