Nathan had given the visitors the lead on 33 minutes. Craig Disley picked out Amond with a great ball, the striker pushed it too far and that allowed a Ferriby defender to get in but Arnold was there to finish past a helpless United keeper.
But on 37 minutes United were level after a mistake in the Town defence, allowed Kendal in to score.
Jon-Paul Pittman and Craig Clay replaced Andy Monkhouse and Craig Disley after the break, and it was JP's superb goal which was to seal the Town win on 70 minutes.
Pittman's back heel sent Tait clear. Amond collected the ball before laying the ball off for his strike partner to lash home!
