Max had limped off early on and a scan has revealed that he has a broken ankle and faces six weeks in a plaster cast. And Josh, who signed his first professional contract with the club during the summer, suffered a broken metatarsal during that game and will also be in plaster for at least six weeks.Â
The players will then need a period of rehabilitation before they can resume full training once again.
We would like to wish both players a speedy recovery.Â
Meanwhile, Omar Bogle and Gregor Robertson are the only other absentees for tomorrow's trip to Boston United. Bogle has missed the last two games with a knee problem but is set to return to training next week. Gregor is still recovering from a knee injury sustained at the end of last season.Â
