SEASON Tickets for the 2015/ 16 campaign will go on sale from 9am on Monday morning.
With prices frozen for another season, club bosses are predicting that sales could be set to hit a 16-year high for the new season.
Following the club's double Wembley success of 1998, Town saw their number of season ticket holders rise to 2,849 – 16 years on that total could be smashed.
Town's accounts manager Steve Wraith said: "People around the town have been telling me that we'll sell 3,000 this season and that would be incredible.
"We're certainly expecting a queue right out of the door on Monday with people queuing up for doors opening at 9am. It's going to be an interesting day, because there are a lot of people waiting for sales to open, we know that.
"We've had 240 e-mail applications alone in recent weeks and that's not one season ticket per email – we're talking family of fours and large groups.
"That's not considering the number of people who are going to just turn up on Monday morning.
"With the mood of the fans at the minute and the positivity around the club at the minute, I think we could sell 3,000, but I'm going to be conservative for once!
"We had 2,100 season ticket holders last season. After everything that's gone on already this summer, and the exciting stuff that we know is to come, I'm going to stick my neck out and say that we'll have at least 500 more this time around and then see how it goes from there.”
