LENNEL John-Lewis has been passed fit and is set to be named in the 16 man squad to face Eastleigh on Saturday.
Lenny was forced to sit out last week's 2-2 draw at Chester after picking up a foot injury in training on the Friday.
Speaking on Mariners Player, Paul Hurst said: "He trained Tuesday and has trained again Thursday and there are no side effects. Just Monday he had a day with Dave (Moore) just to make sure he was okay.
"It settled down well over the weekend and his fitness means that we have a fully fit squad to choose from - unless we get a last minute injury like last week. Fingers crossed we wont.
And there is some good news with regards Ollie Palmer's fitness. The Town boss had said that the player wasn't quite one hundred percent fit after returning from a hamstring injury recently.
Hurst said: "Last Saturday I took him off. When he comes off the first thing he does is go and grab a bag of ice.
"I'm not trying to fool anyone here. This week in training, Tuesday and today, although he had a little stretch on it, he's the best he's looked, the free-ist he's looked. He mentioned to Dave Moore that it is the first training session that he has got through, where he hasn't actually felt it."
