Joe, who also managed Oldham Athletic, Everton, Manchester City and Ipswich Town, shared his experience, the trials and tribulations of being a top player, as well as the success of becoming one the best managers in the modern game.
Joe was supported by top funny man Brendan Healey, who had the audience in fits of laughter.
