REFEREE Ryan Johnson will take charge of Town's Emirates FA Cup First Round tie with St Albans City on Saturday.
The Bolton based official has refereed at National League level for two seasons now, having been promoted in September 2014.
He handed out 54 yellow cards and eight red cards last season, whilst he has given out 22 yellows and three reds in eight games this time around.
Johnson is regularly the man in the middle during Barclays U21 Premier League matches, whilst he has also been an assistant referee at Football League level.
His assistants for the game at Blundell Park will be Paul Brown and Martyn Rawcliffe, whilst the Fourth Official will be Louis Marks.
LAST TIME OUT
Johnson has taken charge of Town on one occasion in his career and that happened this season, when he officiated the club's 4-0 win at Southport in September.
The Mariners stormed to a 3-0 lead before the break in that game through goals from Craig Clay, Craig Disley and Jon Paul-Pittman before Josh Gowling scored the only other goal of the game just after the interval.
The official handed out a red card to Southport midfielder Gary Jones in the last minute for what was considered violent conduct, whilst Omar Bogle, Marcus Marshall and Ben Tomlinson were cautioned for the Mariners.
