Jon-Paul Pittman and Omar Bogle are both set to miss Tuesday's trip to Barrow through injury.
Omar limped out of Saturday's FA Cup tie against St Albans City after pulling up with a thigh strain, and Jon-Paul turned his ankle after scoring Town's third goal.
Town boss Paul Hurst says that, although Jon-Paul was struggling to walk after the game on Saturday, the injury isn't as bad as first feared.
He said: JP was struggling to walk on Saturday evening, but it has got much better, but he will certainly be unavailable for the next couple of games.
"Omar is the same really, in terms of availability - I think we can rule him out of the next couple and then we will have to see where we are after that."
Town boss Paul Hurst has had what he describes as a 'fruitless weekend' trying to bring in reinforcements to his squad and he doubts if he will be successful ahead of Tuesday's trip to Hoker Street.
He said: "I said before about that area of the pitch and my desire to have four options. But it is a quick turnaround, there's games on tomorrow night as well, which doesn't help situations.
"At the minute, it's been a fruitless weekend."
