Referee Watch - Forest Green

1 October 2015

REFEREE Steve Rushton will take charge of Town's game against Forest Green Rovers at Blundell Park this Saturday.

Rushton began his career as a professional official in the 2007/08 season, where he refereed half a dozen games in the National League. He spent just two seasons at that level before being promoted to Football League status in 2008/09.

So far this campaign, he has given out 21 yellow cards and one red card, with the last game he officiated being the game between Guiseley and Southport.
