MARCUS Marshall and Ryan Jennings are set to miss our fixture at Aldershot tomorrow through injury. Ryan Jennings continues to struggle with a toe injury, while Marcus Marshall remains sidelined with a troublesome knee.
Despite the pair taking part in training today, Manager Paul Hurst remained cautious. "They've both been out on the training ground today, but I don't think either of them are fit enough," Paul said. "We've got a Reserve game on Wednesday, hopefully they can get some minutes there".
After making his return to the team vs. Cheltenham last week, Andy Monkhouse managed to get through the game without any troubles.
After signing on loan deadline day, Jordan Stewart is yet to make his first team debut for The Mariners. Speaking at his pre match press conference, Town boss Paul Hurst said: "it's been difficult for Jordan because the games have been coming thick and fast & we haven't had loads of time on the training ground". He went on to add "The more he trains, the more he gets to know the players and more chance he gets to impress. I would like to see him in that reserves game (vs. Chesterfield on Wednesday), I think it would benefit him no end".
Tickets are available for tomorrow's fixture at Aldershot on the gate.
