EVAN Horwood remains sidelined for tomorrow's visit of Braintree, with Marcus Marshall being a doubt for the fixture. The on loan left back picked up the injury in the 3-1 defeat at Cheltenham & has began making progress but Town boss Paul Hurst believes tomorrow evening will be too soon.
Marcus Marshall is having to have his troublesome knee injury managed and assessed. Despite returning to training and appearing for the Reserves last week, he continues to suffer with soreness.
After sitting out of Saturday's 0-0 draw with Eastleigh, winger Andy Monkhouse has continued to train and will be assessed by the Manager tomorrow before making his final decision. Fellow attacking winger, Ryan Jennings impressed the boss on Saturday after missing the previous two games vs. Aldershot & Cheltenham through injury. When discussing the wingers performance, Hurst said "He did well on Saturday and could be set for another start."
After being withdrawn at half time vs. Aldershot last week after a knock, Pat Hoban was able to get 20 minutes under his belt on Saturday and will be available for selection against Braintree.
