OPERATION Graham has now ended and a fantastic £1800 has been raised.
The Crowdfunder initiative was set up by Town director Lee Mullen and his wife Sue in a bid to raise funds to supporter big Mariners' fan Graham Holness, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer. The funds will be used to help Graham's family with the travel costs to Hull for treatment.
Lee, Sue and Graham's family would like to thank everyone who has supported the fund.
Graham is currently on Day 12 of his scheduled 25 days of treatment.
There will also be a funday and charity match at the Linden Homes Club, Grimsby, later this month.
More than 2,000 tickets have already been sold for a giant raffle with prizes donated by local businesses.
The event kicks off at noon on August 14, with the match itself getting underway at 1pm.
There will be a barbecue, children's entertainment, and a tombola. Entry is free but there will be donation buckets.
Raffle prize donations and tickets can be arranged by contacting David on 07847 462440. Tickets will also be available on the day.
