The Surrey referee has handed out 35 yellow cards but no reds so far this season, whilst he handed out 68 yellow cards and four reds in 15 games last campaign.
This is his second season officiating at National League level, with his first ever game being a feisty encounter between Welling and Telford that resulted in the Bucks being reduced to nine men.
Lugg has also officiated in the Women's Super League in the summer following the end of the men's season, last taking charge of a game between Arsenal Ladies and Chelsea Ladies in April.
He will be assisted by Louis Marks and Carl Pearse, whilst the Fourth Official will be Andreas Anastasiou,

That day, Town struggled to get going and went 1-0 down through a Tyrone Marsh goal before a foul from Gulls goalkeeper Fabian Speiss gave Omar Bogle a chance to rescue a point from the penalty spot with just over ten minutes to go.
