Adam Smith Takes Up New Youth Role

13 June 2016

WE are pleased to announce that, former Head of Youth, Adam Smith, has been appointed as the club's Youth Development Operations Manager.  Adam's new role will be to assist the club in implementing the Elite Player Performance Plan ‘EPPP’ and achieving Category 3 status.

We have also advertised various other positions required to meet CAT 3 status and are seeking expressions of interests for suitability qualified candidates (below).

What is EPPP?

EPPP is the acronym for the Elite Player Performance Plan.  It was initiated by the Premier League, and accepted by the Football League in October 2011, to raise standards within youth development.

Meanwhile, head of youth Alan Lamb has left the club to take up a coaching position in the United States. We would like to thank Alan and wish him well for the future.
