Grimsby Town Commercial Manager Dave Smith (pictured sporting the new cycling jersey) is to embark on a gruelling 1,000 mile bike ride to raise money for the club’s youth.
Over 12 gruelling days, the former Mariners winger will cycling from the most southwesterly point of England at Land’s End, along the Welsh border, the Lake District and the Highlands to reach John O’Groats in the Scottish Highlands.
The 1,000 mile ride is being completed in aid of the GTFC Development Assoication, raising funds to unearth your future Town heroes by helping to support the club’s School of Excellence and youth teams.
