STAFFORDSHIRE referee Simon Bennett will take charge of the National League Play-Off Semi-Final second leg against Braintree Town on Sunday afternoon.
The official, who has been the man in the middle for a number of Town games so far this season this season, has been an assistant referee at a number of games at the highest level so far this season and ran the line in the FA Cup Final when Arsenal and Aston Villa met last year.
He handed out 46 yellow cards and five reds in 19 games in the regular season, with one of those being Town's Josh Gowling against Lincoln City at Sincil Bank back in September.
Bennett will be assisted by George Warren and Garry Maskell, whilst Constantine Hatzidakis is to be fourth official.
LAST TIME OUT
Bennett took charge of the last home game of the regular season, when Town lost 2-1 to Chester at Blundell Park two weeks ago.
Kane Rooney and Luke Astles gave Chester a two goal lead in that game, before captain Craig Disley got one back for the Mariners late on.
He has also officiated Town on a further four occasions far this season, with those being the previously mentioned 1-1 draw with Lincoln City in September, the 3-1 victory Harrogate Town in the FA Trophy in October, the 1-0 victory over Kidderminster in November and the 1-0 victory at Forest Green Rovers in March.
