Paul Futcher's funeral will take place on Monday 5th December at 2pm - at the Grenoside Crematorium in Sheffield.
There will be an opportunity for anyone to join Paul's family and friends to reminisce after the service at the Scholes Cricket Club, Holmfirth.
The club will be holding a minute's applause ahead of the Portsmouth game on December 10.
