WEST Yorkshire official Mark Haywood is to referee Tuesday night's Checkatrade Trophy clash with Leicester City.
Haywood has taken charge of games at this level for ten seasons now, and last officiated a Town game in a 2-2 draw with local rivals Lincoln City at Blundell Park back in February 2010.
He has handed out 24 yellow cards and two reds in seven fixtures in all competitions so far this campaign, with the two reds both coming in Bury's 2-1 victory over Shrewsbury last month as both teams were reduced to ten men.
The official was in charge of Bolton Wanderers' 2-0 defeat to Oxford United in League One at the weekend, in a game that went by without much incident.
He will be assisted by Marc Edwards and Alan Clayton, with Chris Ward acting as Fourth Official.
