CIVIL servant Darren Deadman will be directing Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two game against Blackpool at Bloomfield Road.
The Cambridgeshire based official has been appointed for Town's league fixture this weekend.
The 47-year-old referee was invited onto the Football League list in 2005 when he took charge of Boston United and Stockport County.
In 2010 he was the man in the middle of the FA Sunday Cup final at Anfield whilst 12 months later he was rewarded with the League Two Play-Off Final between Stevenage and Torquay United at Manchester United’s Old Trafford with Wembley out of action due to the Champions League Final.
Deadman has already refereed Town this season, taking charge of the 2-1 victory over Luton Town at Kenilworth Road in September and the 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Cheltenham back in October.
So far this season, in 43 games, he has shown 143 Yellow Cards and 7 Red Cards.
He will be assisted by Simon Clayton and Christopher Ward. Fourth Official will be Nicholas Barnard.
