Marcus Bignot talks to the press ahead of Saturday's visit of Mansfield Town to Blundell Park.

The Town boss has all the latest team news ahead of the clash with the Stags. Could Birmingham City loanee Luke Maxwell be set to make his Town debut?

In summary.

Marcus confirmed that James Berrett has returned to training after recovering from a hip injury.

Luke Maxwell will be added to the 18 man squad after training with Town today. The Birmingham loanee has been back at his parent club recovering from a groin injury.

Dominic Vose remains the only absentee for Saturday.

Marcus confirms that he is likely to make changes for the visit of the Stags after the long trip to Newport on Tuesday night.

Steve Evans is a great personality and knows how to bring success to football club, said the Town boss.

Marcus not concerned by the lack of goals from his side. "It was an issue from day one. I said that it was a terrible recipe for disaster to rely on one player (Omar Bogle). He's now gone and we need to address that.

Boss says that his priority is to establish the club as a Football League club again.

We need to bring in a 23 age group, he admits. It's going to take time but we are very much about producing our own players.

Harry Clifton has gone out on loan and he is the talk of that league at the moment. Every manager we talk to are telling us that we have got a player on our hands.
