TOWN boss Marcus Bignot will check on the availability of midfielder Chris Clements ahead of Tuesday's long trek to Portsmouth.
The midfielder missed Saturday's 3-0 win at Leyton Orient through illness. Gavin Gunning is the only other absentee.
The Town boss says that he is still set to shuffle the pack for the trip to Fratton Park. He said: "We are going to have to. We won't have the ideal preparation - travelling on the Friday, coming back on Saturday and then back down on the day of the game. Obviously the three games in a week as well. We learnt from Crawley last time with three in a week and we were out on our legs to be honest."
Marcus had hinted at the fans' forum that Akwasi Asante might be given his chance in one of these games.
"We are going to use the squad so you'll have to wait and see. He's certainly done himself no harm with his performance on Saturday, the way he came on. What we achieved on Saturday was what I was thinking any way," Marcus added.
And the Town boss is looking forward to another great following by Town fans at Fratton Park. 200 tickets have already been sold for the 500 mile round trip. Marcus said:"We've been getting that all season. It's important that we send these fans home happy after as many games as possible. We will be looking to do that again."
