Grimsby Town Football Club can confirm that newest recruit, Reece Hall-Johnson has joined National League side Chester on a three-month deal.
The 22-year-old signed for the Mariners on Monday, with manager Russell Slade keen for the young defender to get some competitive minutes under his belt and build his match fitness.
Reece will join former Town manager Marcus Bignot who's Chester side currently sit 21st in the Vanarama National League. His first appearance for the club could come during their league fixture vs. Boreham Wood at home on Saturday.
Hall-Johnson joins Chris Clements and Akwasi Asante out on loan, with all three set to return to the Mariners in January.
