Surrey based official Gavin Ward will take charge of Saturday's game against Crawley Town at Blundell Park (3pm).
So far this season, in 11 games, Mr Ward has issued 40 Yellow Cards and 1 Red Card.
Despite being around for a number of seasons, this will be his Grimsby Town refereeing debut.
He will be assisted by Mr Matthew Jones and Mr Michael Denton, with Mr Paul Thompson being the Fourth Official..
