The Mariners have reluctantly allowed goalkeeper coach, Andy Warrington to leave the club.
Speaking of the popular coach's departure, Town boss Michael Jolley said: "I would like to thank Andy for his excellent service to Grimsby Town - both before my appointment and during our brief time together.
"Having spoken with Andy at length, he has decided to move on for his own reasons and so we shake hands and wish him well in his future career.
"We are now in the process of identifying and recruiting a successor to Andy. Once that process is complete we will be in a position to make a further announcement."
The club would like to thank Andy for his efforts while with the Mariners and wish him all the best for the future.
