Town boss Michael Jolley was obviously delighted after seeing his side bag all three points at Carlisle, but he says that it was an excellent performance and they could have had more to show than Luke Hendrie's first-half strike.
Speaking exclusively on iFollow, he said: “I thought we were excellent. In the first half we created a number of good chances. We probably should have scored more than the one goal that we did. In the second half we wanted to try and get the second goal and try and put the game to bed.
“Naturally Carlisle pushed forward and that set us back some what, but resiliently and earned the clean sheet that we got.
“We’ve been working on our defensive organisation, we’ve been countered a lot, that’s been a problem for us. We’ve tried to address that in training. I think we had a better organisation in tonight’s game, and it gave us the platform to go and get the win that we wanted.”
