Tickets are selling fast for Grimsby Town's derby against Scunthorpe United in Sky Bet League Two at Blundell Park on Saturday (kick-off 1pm).
Tickets for Saturday’s derby clash with Scunthorpe United are selling well, but there is still good availability in the Pontoon and Main Stands.
in the Pontoon, there are 337 seats remaining, Main Stand 611, with slightly restricted seats left in the Young’s Upper (125) – equating to over a thousand tickets still available!
We’re looking at a 7,000 plus gate – but it’d be great if Blundell Park was rocking with nearer 8,000 for only the second time we’ve played Scunny at Blundell Park in the league over the last 30 years!
Town's last win over our local rivals game in an FA Cup replay at Glanford Park in 2013, with Lenell John-Lewis and Clayton McDonald booking the Mariners a place in the round two draw. The last league meeting between the two sides came in 2005 when the two sides fought out a nil-nil draw at Blundell Park in front of 7,941 fans.
