Speaking to the awaiting press straight after the game, Jolley said: “Our first forty-five minutes was our worst performance by a distance.
“Could have made 11 subs at half time, really disappointed with the way we went about the game in the first half.
“We gave two incredibly bad goals away, didn’t create enough chances, we didn’t keep the ball well enough. So it was a long way below the standard that we have set so far this year.
“We improved somewhat in the second half, I thought some of the players that came on did well, but we gave ourselves too much to do.”
