The Sussex-based official Carl Brook will take charge of his very first Town game when Mansfield Town visit Blundell Park on Saturday.
This will be his 13th game of the campaign having been promoted from the National League during the summer.
The 44-year-old referee is now in his 30th season as a referee, which saw him promoted to the National List following four campaigns on the National League as a Level 2A official.
In those 13 games, Mr Brook has shown 35 Yellow Cards and One Red Card.
He will be assisted on Saturday by Oliver Bickle and Geoffrey Liddle, the Fourth Official will be Declan Ford
