🚌Travelling To Bradford? Read Our Essential Guide Before You Set Off

Your essential guide to Bradford City . . .

7 February 2020

What’s the ticket information?

This is an ALL TICKET fixture – no tickets will be available at the ground on the day.

Tickets are for allocated seating so please go to seat that is displayed on your ticket. This avoids delays for all.

How do I get to the ground?

Post code for the ground is BD8 7DY

Exit the M62 at junction 26 for the M606 to Bradford. At the end of the road use the right-hand lane and take the Right Road East, signposted A6177 – City Centre.  From here the stadium is well signposted with the usual football image.

Where is the best place to park?

There is a small car park on Midland Road, near the away end which charges a nominal fee. As this is on the main road that passes the stadium it will take a short while to leave after the game.

Otherwise it's street parking or in one of the car parks in the city centre which is about a 20-minute walk, uphill, to the stadium.

What is the nearest train station to the stadium and what is the approximate distance and walking time?

The stadium is served by two train stations and which one you use depends on your matchday requirements.

If you want a beer in the town centre beforehand then you want the Bradford Interchange from Leeds.  This is quite a walk however the Police Liaison Team will help with taxi’s if you would rather that then do the steep uphill walk to the ground.

Alternatively, Bradford Forster Square from Leeds is only 10 minutes from the ground but takes you to the retail park rather than a pub.

Recommended pubs for away fans?

There are two pubs that I have been made aware of who will welcome away fans.  The Queens Pub is just outside the Interchange station.  As stated, Police Liaison Officers (in blue bibs) can arrange taxi’s if you want one.  It’s usually a £5-£6 fare from the pub.

The Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane, has a beer garden and is literally near the ground if you don’t fancy the trek.

Food available in the area?

The Forster Square Retail park has a McDonalds and there are a number of fast food outlets near the Bradford Arms on Manningham Lane.

When do turnstiles open?

Turnstiles open at 1:30pm.  Please ensure that you look to enter the stadium via the correct turnstiles for the ticket that you have to avoid any delays.

Where is the nearest cash machine to the Stadium?

The nearest cash machine is on Manningham Road services or the Canal Road service station. These may charge for cash withdrawals.

What is the process for supporters looking to bring flags into the stadium?

Flags will be allowed providing the club have enough space on seats, this maybe a little tricky having nearly sold our full allocation.  Please speak to a nearby steward for advice.

What food and drink is available on the concourse at the stadium?

The usual hot/cold food and drinks items will be available on the concourse of both stands.  A quick reminder that the Mama Mia stand will be serving alcohol but the TL Dallas stand is strictly ALCOHOL-FREE.

Other points to note

The Utilita Stadium is strictly no smoking, which includes the use of vapes and other similar products.  Anybody found to be smoking will be ejecting immediately – the club has a zero-tolerance policy on this across the whole stadium.

Please have a safe journey.
