Speaking post-match after seeing his side being denied by an injury-time equaliser, Holloway said: “I’m very relieved that we are going back with a point for all those fans over there. They were brilliant.
“I thought Orient were really good in the second half. They are a good side and, at times, we found it difficult.
“I was delighted with our effort and I was delighted that we got in front, even if we probably didn’t deserve it at that time.
“I made a mistake in the end. I asked them to do something that they didn’t quite understand, but that was because of the pressure they were putting on us.”
And the manager added “In my mind, I really should have put another forward on to try and give my lads a message; ‘come on, we can get another goal.
“Would we have? I don’t know. We felt the pressure and they played well. In the end, in reality, we are taking a point home with us which is a massive, massive result.”
