Listen to the full pre-match interview with Ian Holloway. The Town boss brought us up to date with the team news.
James Hanson could be out for up to six weeks after picking up a hamstring injury in the warm-up on Tuesday night.
Loan midfielder Terry Taylor is ineligible for the cup tie against the Daggers, but Nottingham Forest have given for Danny Preston and fellow loanee, Virgil Gomis to play in the competition, but the latter will miss out after taking a knock in Wednesday’s reserves game.
James Tilley will be missing due to a thigh injury and livewire forward Owura Edwards is not yet fit to return - although he is back in training.
Speaking of his ever-growing injury list, Holloway said: “Hanson has hurt his hamstring and will be out for six weeks. The lad has worked so hard.
“We have been tickling him back and he did it in a warm-up in training. How unlucky is that, he’s had both calves injured and now it’s his hamstring. It gives somebody else a chance, but we miss that big man. It is easier sometimes when you have a big man, particularly in this division.”
