We have received confirmation from the EFL that our season ticket holder's e-mail addresses have now been allocated with their eligible video passes, with a FINAL ingest taking place on Wednesday 2nd December.
Earlier this month, we asked all our season ticket holders to ensure that their registered iFollow e-mail addresses matched that on our season ticket database as the way in which our season ticket holders access home league fixtures online has changed.
The EFL have this morning confirmed that they will be running a FINAL INGEST on Wednesday 2nd December, for those who have still yet to confirm their season ticket pass has been applied to their iFollow account. Those supporters who contacted us last week to inform us their pass had not been applied will be included on Wednesday's ingest.
We kindly ask ALL season ticket holders to check their iFollow accounts at their earliest opportunity to ensure their pass has been applied. If your pass is not visible, this means that the e-mail address we hold for you is not the same that is registered to iFollow.
To check your account, please follow the simple steps below:
1 - Log in to iFollow Mariners on gtfc.co.uk.
2 - Click your name in the navigation bar to get to the 'My Account' page
3 - Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If your pass has been applied successfully, you will see 'Season Ticket - Grimsby Town' under Licence name, similar to the image below:
If you believe that your pass has not been successfully applied, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your 2020/21 season ticket details as soon as possible and we shall do our best to assist. Those season ticket holders who have not had their passes applied, will require a code for Tuesday's home game vs. Exeter City, which can be requested using the same e-mail address.
