GTFC Support Wear Red Day

16 October 2020

Sam Strandt

Grimsby Town Football Club are proud to be supporting the 6th annual Wear Red Day from Show Racism The Red Card.

Each October Show Racism the Red Card holds its annual Wear Red Day.

The 6th annual Wear Red Day will take place across England, Wales and Scotland today, Friday 16th October 2020.

Wear Red Day is a national day of action which encourages schools, businesses and individuals to wear red and donate £1 to help fund anti-racism education for young people and adults across the UK.

Every penny raised during Wear Red Day enables our education and campaign workers to work with more young people and adults across the UK to challenge racism in society.

Every person & every penny counts. Join in. Just wear Red wherever you are, use the #WRD20 hashtag, snap a selfie & text:

'RED' to 70470 to give £1

'RED5' to give £5

'RED10' to give £10

'RED20' to give £20

*texts cost donation amount + a standard rate message

You can request a fundraising pack at www.theredcard.org/wear-red-day or by emailing info@theredcard.org.
