We are pleased to announce the signing of former Doncaster Rovers Belles RTC goalkeeper Evie Addy  Evie has been drafted in to cover for the injured Danielle Richardson.

Speaking about the signing, manager Dale Houlston said: "I am very grateful to Evie for agreeing to sign and come and help us out for the next few weeks because of an injury to Danielle. I've known of Evie for a little while now, having watched her play for Doncaster Rovers Belles RTC on a number of occasions. She was part of a talented squad that a couple of seasons ago won the FA Girls' Youth Plate competition, and she impressed me on each occasion that I've watched her play.

"Evie is a talented all round sports person. She lives away from home in Barnsley at the moment, at Bishop Burton College where she is studying on a scholarship as part of the Yorkshire Girls' Elite Rugby Pathway. I have every confidence that she will do a terrific job for us whilst she is here".

Evie is expected to make her debut against Sherwood F.C. Women at the weekend. Dale Houlston’s side get their league campaign underway at OAW. Kick-off is 2pm.
